Who We Are
This website, https://bankruptcynotavailable.com, is operated by Enlightened Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and subscribers, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at admin@BankruptcyNotAvailable.com.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
When you sign up for our free guide, newsletter, or purchase our ebook or course, we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address. If you make a purchase, payment details (card number, billing address, etc.) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor — we do not store your full payment card information ourselves.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server and hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically log standard technical data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. We may also use analytics and advertising tools (see “Cookies” below) that collect similar technical data for measurement and ad-targeting purposes. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, understanding site traffic, and improving our marketing — not to identify you personally by name.
Cookies
Our site may use cookies to:
- Remember your opt-in/subscription status so you aren’t asked to sign up repeatedly.
- Support the functionality of our funnel and checkout pages, which are built and hosted through Systeme.io.
- Measure site traffic and visitor behavior through Google Analytics, which uses cookies to track how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, traffic source, etc.). Learn more at Google’s Privacy & Terms.
- Support advertising and retargeting through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may track your visit to help us measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on Facebook/Instagram. Learn more at Meta’s Privacy Policy.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also manage the ads you see from Meta through your Facebook Ad Preferences. Note that disabling cookies may affect some site features, like the opt-in form.
Comments
We do not currently have a blog or comment section on this site. If we add one in the future, this policy will be updated to explain what data is collected from commenters (such as IP address and any profile information) and how it’s handled.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the free guide, ebook, or course you requested or purchased.
- Send you emails related to your subscription, purchase, or our educational content and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time — see “Your Rights” below).
- Process payments and provide customer support.
- Measure and improve site performance, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
- Maintain and improve the security of the site.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following third-party services to run this site, deliver our products, and measure/advertise our content:
- Systeme.io — powers our sign-up forms, email delivery, sales pages, and checkout. See Systeme.io’s Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — our web hosting provider, which processes standard server/traffic logs. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics — measures site traffic and visitor behavior. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures and supports advertising on Facebook/Instagram. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
- Payment processor(s) integrated through Systeme.io — handle and store your payment information securely; we do not have direct access to full card details.
These providers may process data outside your country of residence, consistent with their own privacy policies.
Embedded Content
If any page includes embedded content from other websites (such as videos), that content behaves as if you visited the other website directly. Those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content, especially if you’re logged into an account with them.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share your information with the service providers necessary to operate this site and deliver your purchase (Systeme.io and its integrated payment processor). We may also share aggregated or anonymized analytics and ad-performance data with Google and Meta for site improvement and ad targeting. We do not sell your data.
If you request a password reset for any account-based feature we add in the future, your IP address will be included in the reset email for security purposes.
How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain subscriber and customer information for as long as needed to provide our products, respond to support requests, and comply with legal or tax obligations. Analytics and advertising data is generally retained according to Google’s and Meta’s own default retention settings unless we configure otherwise. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing emails but may retain minimal records (such as purchase history) as required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, or by contacting us directly.
